Thank you for choosing Andrew Gardner.  Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:

Return Conditions: You have 21 days after your purchase date to request a return. If 21 days has past since your delivery date unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return we require items to be.

Unworn and Unused: We ask that all returned items remain unworn, unused, and unmodified (not altered, please).

Original Packaging: Please return your item in its original packaging, including all tags attached.

No Damage: We can only accept undamaged items that show no signs of wear.

Underwear, Socks & Swimwear: We cannot accept returns on these items. 

How to Return: If you need to make a return, just reach out to our Customer Support Team by filling out the form below. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with all the details you need to return with your item. We'll provide you with a return authorisation number, which you'll need to include in your shipment.


Please remember: If you send back an item without a return authorisation form, we won't be able to process your return.

Shipping Responsibility: We can't take responsibility for items lost during return shipping (we recommend shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery for all items over £50) . We won't cover return shipping costs unless you receive an incorrect or defective product. Please send all returns back to our Wendover store.

Refund Details: Refunds will cover the original cost of your purchase less a processing charge of £6 and any import Duty/Tax fees that your country (outside the UK) may impose. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
