Refund policy

Returns

You have 21 days from your purchase date to request a return. If 21 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

We use a self-serve returns portal, making it quick and easy to request a return:

  1. Go to your order confirmation email and click "View order", or log into your account at andrewgardner.co.uk
  2. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the on-screen steps
  3. Once submitted, you will receive a return authorisation with instructions
  4. Pack your items securely in their original packaging and include your return authorisation details
  5. Ship the items back to us, we recommend using a tracked service for items over £50, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
  6. Once received, your return will be inspected by our team. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 working days

If you prefer to return items in person to our Wendover store, please bring your proof of purchase and we can arrange a refund or exchange directly.

⚠️ Returns cannot be processed without a valid return authorisation. Please do not send items back before completing the self-serve process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Altered or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, and face masks

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process this.

Please note:

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For international orders, any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of us confirming it, please contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply start a return through the self-serve portal and select "Exchange" as your reason, noting the item you'd like instead. Once we receive your return, we'll dispatch your replacement. Please note that a postage charge may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you:

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for items valued over £50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are unable to accept liability for parcels lost in transit.
