Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Andrew Gardner / Fashion by Design Ltd, and "you" refers to the person accessing or purchasing from our website at andrewgardner.co.uk.

By visiting our site and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device's screen, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.

Section 5 — Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure all information on our site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is always error-free. If we discover a significant error relating to your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Where we identify typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, we reserve the right to correct them and, where necessary, cancel or adjust affected orders.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and personal details you provide are accurate and complete. All payment card transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution purposes, or where we have reasonable cause to suspect fraud.

Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. Your use of the site is also subject to Shopify's terms and privacy policy.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and we encourage you to review their own terms and policies.

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. These are provided on an "as is" basis and without any endorsement or warranty on our part.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product photography, and design elements, belongs to Fashion by Design Ltd or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission.

Section 9 — Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • To infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • To transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful software
