Royal Mail Tracked 48hr - All orders over £100 nationwide shipping will be included.
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr / DPD - £8 shipping fee charge will be added to your order. Orders places Tuesday/Saturday will be shipped the same day or next the next business day. For orders placed Sunday or Monday all orders will be shipped Tuesday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr - For orders under £100 a £6 shipping fee charge will be added to your order.

It's important to remember that you have a period of 21 days after your delivery date to submit a return request. In the event that more than 21 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
By sending your shoes back to the Crockett & Jones factory in Northampton, they are lovingly repaired on the exact last number on which they were originally made. Sometimes more than 25 years ago…
To raise a repair, please chose one of our repair options a member of our staff will be in touch to manage your repair directly with the Crockett & Jones factory.
A NEW LEASE OF LIFE.
One of the benefits of owning a pair of Goodyear welted shoes is that you can have them re-soled without damaging the uppers, thereby prolonging their lifespan. Crockett & Jones full refurbishment service is available to book directly with our factory.
Your shoes will arrive at the Crockett & Jones factory in Northampton, where they will first be stripped down, leaving the upper and insole intact. Next, they will be re-welted on the appropriate last (in order to retain their shape), before being re-soled and re-heeled. Finally, the new soles are finished to the factory standard and the uppers receive a clean and polish. Depending on the condition of your shoes, repairs can be carried out up to 4 times.

Once your order has been placed you will need to put your order number and contact details in the box with the shoes before posting to us.

- Please note that Crockett & Jones cannot accept shoes back for refurbishment if they have previously been re-soled by an outside party.
- Please note we will only post shoes back to the billing address provided on the order.
- Please don’t send us your accessories with your shoes as we cannot be held liable for them. All we need is your beloved shoes.
