Some of our products are available to order on request if we don't have them in stock, and we are always happy to order these for you. If an item is marked as "available to order," please know that it may need a little extra time to be dispatched as we have to order it from the supplier. We kindly ask that you allow a further 5 to 14 business days for shipping. This gives us the time we need to receive and handle your order to ensure everything reaches you.

Royal Mail Tracked 48hr - All orders over £100 nationwide shipping will be included.

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr / DHL -  £10 shipping fee charge will be added to your order. Orders places Tuesday/Saturday will be shipped the same day or next the next business day. For orders placed Sunday or Monday all orders will be shipped Tuesday.

Royal Mail Tracked 48hr - For orders under £100 a £6 shipping fee charge will be added to your order.

It's important to remember that you have a period of 21 days after your delivery date to submit a return request. In the event that more than 21 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

You will receive a full refund if your remaining order value is under £100 excluding the shipping cost. In the case that your remaining order is over the free postage amount, a postage and processing cost of £6 (or the cost of shipping if more) will be deducted from your refund amount.
